Christopher Burnside has been an associate broker in the Bridgehampton office of Brown Harris Stevens and its predecessor firm since 1999. Every year since 2000, he has been the Bridgehampton office's top producer in both sales and rentals. He specializes in the sale of new construction, land and investment properties in Bridgehampton, Sagaponack, Water Mill and Shelter Island.

A native of Scottsdale, Arizona, Christopher attended the University of Arizona and obtained a degree in Finance and Business Management. He moved to the Hamptons after graduation and began his successful career in real estate development. At Windemere Development Corp., Christopher worked as Project and Sales Manager for a 275 unit single family housing development where he was in charge of all sales aspects for the new buyers, including mortgage applications and material selections.

Currently, Christopher is a spec builder for Hampton Pointe, LLC. To date, he has developed over 12 homes throughout the Hamptons, including Westhampton, Southampton Village, Sagaponack, Sag Harbor, and East Hampton, ranging in price from $1.4 - $4 million. He is presently developing a modern farmhouse in Sagaponack and a traditional home in Bridgehampton overlooking polo fields.

Christopher has numerous interests including waterskiing, sailing, mountain biking, tennis and fishing. He is a pilot and has a single engine Cessna in East Hampton that he uses for aerial photography of his listings. He currently resides on the waterfront in the Hamptons with his wife Rebecca and his dog, Luna.
